Please pass on our compliments to your chef and catering crew for the hot lunch and the small salmon lunch you sent to BLG yesterday. Thank you for everything. Our guests loved the party and were very impressed with the food and Reuben. I wanted to thank both Christophe and Reuben for their attention to taste and detail in every way. Many of my friends approached me for details on Reisman Catering and have all taken a napkin home for reference.

Great Food
I just wanted to let you know how great the food was for our Board meeting yesterday. Everyone loved the bean salad and said they have never tasted catering that was so fresh. I also want to thank you for the suggestion of a green salad as it really did complement the rest of the food. The wraps and sandwiches were also a huge hit.
